In January 2024, Sound Museum expanded to YouTube, bringing the podcast to life through video and creating exciting new ways to celebrate the music, artists and pop culture that have inspired generations.
What began as a channel featuring reaction and unboxing videos has evolved into a vibrant destination for lovers of 80s, 90s and 2000s nostalgia. Today, you’ll find a carefully curated collection of rare television interviews, classic news reports, live performances, music specials, red carpet moments and unforgettable pop culture memories.
One of the most rewarding aspects of building the channel has been uncovering long-forgotten footage hidden away on old VHS tapes and broadcast recordings. Through careful restoration and editing, I’ve been able to preserve these moments and share them with a new audience, giving classic performances and interviews a second life. Preserving music history and ensuring these special moments aren’t lost to time has become one of the driving forces behind Sound Museum.
The response has been truly overwhelming. With more than 2.4 million views and over 7,500 subscribers, the channel has grown into a global community of music lovers who share a passion for nostalgia, discovery and celebrating the artists who have shaped our lives.
